Ubuntu no WebGUI

Hi, I am trying to get cgru running on a ubuntu system. Installation went well on the spot.
However, when I set the server and try to start the webgui the page in the browser just shows a message that there is no service at the port. Tried to fix the firewall, but this wasnt the issue. Any clues?
