Hi.
It has some for buttons on the left panel.
You can look at tooltips on that buttons.

And can I assign hotkeys to "Move Top", "Move Down", "Move Bottom", "Move up"?

No, unfortunately, you can't.
It is not a big deal to implement it.
But for now i am very busy.
