Good news, Bazarus!
Great, glad to see afermer worked =)

We use SVG format for icons for afermer and want to spend some time to create those ones.

Here is archive afermer (win7x64_py27_staticQt570) with updated qml's:

Hi, guys!

At last I was able to compile afermer Win7x64 afserver 2.2.2 python3.4 with Qt5.7.0 but static. It can work under Qt-5.8.0.

There is a link (11Mb): https://goo.gl/xJsAAk

Edward, it can be for you.

Our dailly work already on 2.3.0 dev branch where we add some features to support afermer, so probably some small thinks could not work so well. It is a still beta version.
We are waiting for your comments and expectations

Hi Zaren,
I just downloaded the 2.2.2 python 4.3 version you uploaded and it looks good.
It picked up all my current jobs and render nodes.
I'll test this out over the next few days and let you know of any feedback.

Cheers,
Edward

Hi Sergiy,
I used Afermer over the weekend.
Are there plans to add further features from the Afanasy watch/web GUI such as blade WOL and power up/down?
Also are you planning to implement rendered image previews in the GUI?
I may have missed it but whereabouts do you set the font sizes for the GUI elements?
Thanks for uploading the binary. Overall it looks really good!

Cheers,
Edward

Hi Edward,

We have a plan to implement most features from afwatch, such as blade WOL and power up/down and actually those things should be released in near future, about image previews - probably will be done later.
The next of our goal it is Node View - we will try to improve the quality of this workflow.
Right now you can`t change font sizes from the GUI, but I think it is not complicated to implement so we will do it soon.

Cheers
Ostap

Hey guys,

We have seen your promising AFermer previews with its sleek design and are currently trying to get it to run in our pipeline. Unfortunately we were unable to build the latest version provided with CGRU 2.2.3. Is there any chance of getting an executable for windows 10 64bit and afanasy 2.2.3 or a more in-depth guide to building AFermer in VS2015? Also, are you planning on including an exectuable in future versions of cgru?

The exectuables provided for download in this forum are crashing when trying to connect to our afanasy server. The only output shown is:

AFERMER_QML_PATH not present or directory does not exist. Take directory from startup
libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile
Qt version = "5.7.0"

Hey zaren,

Thank you for sharing this new version. Unfortunately, we still encounter crashes on our test system (Windows10 64bit) when connecting to our afanasy server.

Console output until crash:
Version of QT 5.7.0
AFERMER_QML_PATH not present or directory does not exist. Take directory from startup
libpng warning: iCCP known incorrect sRGB profile
<<< {"get":{"binary":true, "type":"jobs"}}
<<< {"get":{"binary":true, "type":"renders"}}
<<< {"get":{"binary":true, "type":"users"}}
qml: checkConnection to server
libpng warning: iCCP known incorrect sRGB profile
<<< {"get":{"binary":true, "type":"jobs"}}

We did manage to connect to a local afanasy server (127.0.0.1) without problems. All systems are up to date and running Afanasy 2.2.3
Any ideas?

Hi.
Afrermer became incompatible with 2.2.x. For about several month and some amount of commits.
I think that now nobody wants to create some patch that reverts special changes.
