Support for Gaffer dispatchers to work with Afanasy.

We have a very basic local dispatcher that can send a gaffer script to the farm, but its not taking advantage of gaffers highly customizable task dependency features.

Would love to use afanasy with gaffer and with a native dispatcher.

Fusion and Gaffer is now working flawlessly. There are some issues with the original afjob.py for fusion submissions, turns out fusion on windows uses / for arguments, while fusion on linux uses -
