Missing Options vs Web Interface?

Hi,
With AfWatch open I was looking through the manual where it says
Luckily someone informed me that the option is available on the web interface. Is this intentional or is my AfWatch not functioning correctly?
With AfWatch open I was looking through the manual where it says
yet I was going quite mad because I could not find a way to add it from GUI (see image that shows no option)You can add child pool to any parent pool using GUI. Root pool will be automatically created.
