Gaffer Support

Support for Gaffer dispatchers to work with Afanasy.

We have a very basic local dispatcher that can send a gaffer script to the farm, but its not taking advantage of gaffers highly customizable task dependency features.

Would love to use afanasy with gaffer and with a native dispatcher.

Better to ask this question on Gaffer forums.
Such things thould me implemented by Gaffer power users.
I do not think that there are such people on this forum.

I can help with Python API and server engine features.
