Just a heads up:

the line "%APP_DIR%\bin\hython2.7.exe" %HOUDINI_CGRU_PATH%\hrender_af.py %*

should call hython3.7.exe, not 2.7, at least in Houdini 18.5.563. Not sure about earlier versions of Houdini. Easily fixed though.

May be there is some global "%APP_DIR%\bin\hython.exe" in Windows installation? (to not to choose version at all)
