- it seems that i missed it, it is a bug

Yes thank you, that fixed it.

Encountered something else a bit strange, which is that I can't edit the shot flags etc when looking at a shot, but I can do it at the scene level, see attached pictures for better understanding...

Hi!
Role should be one of ['admin', 'coord', 'user'] to let to edit shot.
Other roles can edit only task and only if assigned on task.

Sorry for the lack of documentation, the project it under active development.
And now there is some mess with is Roles and Groups.
(Groups stands for permissions).

Ah thanks! That makes sense now, I put in our own role stuff, no wonder it didn't work.

No worries, your software is always top notch, and hopefully all the Q&A on this forum will answer what's not in the documentation.
